Where do you focus?

Where do you put your focus?

Or more specifically where do I put my focus.

I had an interesting conversation with a colleague a few days ago.  She was helping me with my website and started to ask me about my own life journey and what were the big things I had overcome that I didn’t talk about in my work.

This is a rabbit hole for me.  Or more like a black hole.

If you have been following my journey over the last couple years I have hinted at overcoming some big challenges.  A very big dark night of the soul.  An initiation.  But I haven’t shared details.  And there are some reasons for that.

The big one being that that situation is in the past.   And talking about it keeps bringing it into the present.  It calls those energies back into my field.  It gives the story life.  And in some ways keeps me reliving it.

And the thing is while it was a big time in my life.  And it could have had left me feeling victimized, and wronged.  (And I’ll be honest, I was in that too).  It also became a very empowering experience.  Because on the other side I found a deeper, more grounded, wiser,  more embodied, loving version of me.

There is a lot to unpack here.  And a few big takeaways are:

1- Where we put our energy and focus defines our reality - photon density - literally our attention defines our experience.

2- As long as we identify as being the victim or the wronged party we hold ourselves back from our true magnificence.  Because we are so much more than that.

3- Our mind is beyond powerful.  It can recreate an experience that may long be over.  And keep us in a loop.

Where is this leading to?

The gifts that have been coming through and continue to evolve almost daily are a whole new perception and perspective of what this reality is.

And a deeper understanding of what creation is.  How we create.  What is needed.  And why it is so vitally important that we do this consciously.  And lovingly.
