Lea is a spiritual advisor and energy strategist who has spent more than sixteen years exploring the deeper architecture of transformation. After leaving a successful career on Wall Street, she devoted herself to the study of healing, consciousness, and embodied spiritual practice, living for over a decade in the Peruvian Andes in deep immersion and study.

Known for her precise perception and depth of presence, Lea works within the energetic field to identify and dissolve unconscious patterns at their root. She sees the underlying architecture of distortion — where ancestral imprinting, subconscious conditioning, and energetic fragmentation interfere with clarity, power, and aligned creation.

Her work restores coherence across the entire system — body, mind, and energetic field — allowing a new level of alignment to emerge. Rather than working at the level of mindset alone, Lea guides individuals into embodied transformation, where insight becomes lived reality.

Drawing on years of immersive study, intuitive mastery, and advanced energy-based modalities, she supports those ready to operate at their true capacity and move beyond internal interference into clear, grounded sovereignty.

My Story

Yoga was the gateway.

At the time, I was working as a trader at a hedge fund. As my practice deepened, my internal world began to shift. The clarity and stillness I experienced on the mat exposed a growing dissonance in my life. Eventually, I could no longer ignore it. I left finance and began traveling, immersing myself in spiritual practice and inquiry.

Travel quickly became initiation. As long-held beliefs unraveled, I began to question the structures I had taken as truth — about identity, success, control, and even reality itself. A deeper inquiry into who we are and what shapes our experience became my focus.

I eventually settled in a small community in the Peruvian Andes, where I devoted myself to healing and study. Over more than a decade, I trained in multiple energy-based modalities and immersed myself in plant medicine traditions of the Amazon. These years refined my perception. They strengthened my capacity to see beneath surface symptoms and track distortion to its root.

Today, that precise perception is central to my work. In session, I read the energetic field and identify the unconscious patterns creating contraction or stagnation. Together, we dissolve interference at its origin and restore coherence across the body and field. This is not about insight alone — it is about embodied realignment.

My path has taught me that transformation happens when the entire system comes into alignment. It is this work — grounded, multidimensional, and deeply embodied — that I now offer to others.

I grew up in a very ordinary way. My goals were what I suppose I was programmed to want: do well in school, go to university, get a good job, make a lot of money, get married, and live happily ever after.

Over time that path unraveled in ways I never could have predicted. What began as a personal search for meaning gradually became a lifelong exploration into consciousness, energy, and the deeper architecture that shapes how we experience life. The work I offer today grew directly from that journey—through years of study, practice, and lived experience of what it means to transform the patterns that shape who we believe ourselves to be.

And I started along that route.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Math and began a career on Wall Street. As I followed my ambition, I began to notice something that didn’t quite sit right. Those around me had an abundance of money—and it was never enough. From there came the desire for more power, more status, more influence.

At the same time, I also observed how unhappy many of them were. They didn’t have time to do the things they loved or to spend time with their families. I distinctly remember telling a colleague how lucky their little one was to take yoga classes. They replied that they would actually prefer to be able to spend that time with their child themselves, but they were too busy working.

What a trade-off.

Around that time I had discovered the world of yoga. I was enthralled by its magic and by the happiness it created in my being, regardless of what was happening externally. It quickly became something I prioritized every day. Before long I noticed that my mood, which had once risen and fallen with our desk’s P&L (profit and loss), had settled into a kind of baseline happiness. As it turned out, my boss was not particularly pleased about this shift!

Around that same time I attended an Ashtanga workshop with one of the founders of Ashtanga in the West, David Williams. That experience ended up shifting everything.

He told a story about how he had ended up living in Hawaii after studying yoga in India. At some point he realized that yoga was the thing that truly made him happy, and so he made it his absolute priority—more important than food, housing, or anything else. He simply lived in the jungle and did yoga.

When I heard that story, something in me understood immediately.

The message was clear: we have the choice to do what makes us happy. Always. Yes, there are sacrifices, but we still get to choose how we live our lives.

From that moment on, I began quietly plotting my departure from the corporate world.

Almost three years later—and with a swift encouraging kick from the universe—I left my job, intentionally burning the bridges behind me so I wouldn’t be tempted to return. I began doing all the things I had never had time for before. I practiced yoga constantly. I spent several months skiing, fully immersed in the magic of the mountains. I spent real quality time with my family for the first time in years.

And then the real adventure began.

I travelled to India.

Before this, I had never really been interested in spirituality. At most I considered myself agnostic—disillusioned by organized religion but still feeling there was some kind of higher power. But from almost the day I set foot in that powerful land, synchronicities began happening that I couldn’t explain.

I started to be guided by an intuition that seemed to come both from deep inside me and from somewhere beyond me at the same time. And I listened.

There are no real words for the shattering of beliefs that began during that time. Everything I thought I knew that was stable and real began to dissolve as deeper truths revealed themselves. I began questioning absolutely everything.

What I didn’t realize then was that this unraveling was also the beginning of learning how to perceive and work with the deeper energetic patterns that shape our lives.

And so began my quest.

There was a pull deeper and deeper into the mystery—an unquenchable thirst to understand and to know.

I started seeking out teachers, gurus, and any initiation or study I could find. If something appeared in my path, I said yes. I remember my first “course”—a three-day chakra training. At one point the instructor asked me if I wanted to become a healer. Of course I said yes.

Such an innocent yes.

Looking back now, it almost feels as though every step had already been laid out, because it couldn’t have unfolded more perfectly.

In those early years I was blessed to meet a beautiful teacher who introduced me to Human Design, while around the same time another mysterious woman brought the Gene Keys into my life. Both of these systems strongly influenced my path and helped guide my exploration of human consciousness and purpose.

The magic that followed could fill a book—and perhaps one day it will.

Eventually my journey guided me to a small town in Peru, where I spent the next twelve years immersed in the world of sacred plant medicines and healing traditions. At the same time, my love for India and the wisdom of Eastern traditions continued to deepen. Over the years my life became a weaving of many streams of learning and experience.

I have a deep love for the indigenous ways—the connection to the earth, the wisdom teachings, and the living mysteries that run through many traditions around the world.

In recent years my studies have included deep immersion in the Energy Codes teachings of Dr. Sue Morter, along with continued exploration of both Traditional and Quantum Human Design. These systems offer powerful ways of awakening and aligning the human system in a deeply embodied way.

And yet over time something important became clear to me.

While these systems are powerful maps, the real work lives beyond any single modality. It lives in the direct engagement with the living field of energy and consciousness that shapes our experience of life.

The work I offer today arises from that understanding.

Through intuitive perception of the energetic field and many years of working directly with the subtle architecture of the human system, I support people in reorganizing the deeper patterns that shape how life flows through them. When these patterns begin to shift, the system naturally moves toward greater coherence. Vitality increases, clarity emerges, and the unique expression of a person’s essence begins to come forward more fully.

Each session is unique because each individual carries their own design, history, and evolutionary path. My role is not to apply a fixed method, but to meet you within the intelligence of your own field and facilitate the reorganization that is ready to occur.

In many ways, the work I offer now is the natural evolution of everything that has unfolded along my path so far. I remain, above all, a student of life—while allowing the teacher and guide within me to step forward and share what has been revealed.
